St. Paul's Church Staff

St. Paul's is blessed with a dedicated and faithful staff of lay and ordained professionals. All of them see their work as a ministry of service to the parish and to the larger community. Please feel free to contact any of them with any questions or concerns you may have.
Pam Stutz

Senior Warden

Pam Stutz is St. Paul’s Administrator in addition to serving as Senior Warden. She oversees the budget and coordinates with the Treasurer, Norris Sisson. She has been with St. Paul’s for six years. She is also the gifted and popular Mayor of Haymarket, or as one of our our preschool children calls her, "The Queen of Haymarket."

Frances Bell

Junior Warden

Frances Bell is our Junior Warden. As a licensed marriage and family therapist and certified trauma therapist, she brings a very unique and valued skill set to our team. For several years, she was a Middle School teacher. Joining the military, she later became a military spouse and is herself a retired Army Intelligence officer. She is a breast-cancer survivor. Fran and her husband of 30 years, Ray, are long-time members of St. Paul's Church. Their dedication and devotion to this church family is readily apparent as soon as you meet them.

Teresa Veno

Director of Christian Education

Teresa Veno is our Director of Christian Education. She and her family have been with St. Paul's Church for many years. She has two children and not only works at St. Paul's part-time, but also works part-time as a computer trainer/consultant. She heads up many of our programs, including children's Sunday School, VBS and is our webmaster. Her walk with Christ began at the tender age of 10 during a neighbor's VBS, so children's ministries are near and dear to her heart.

Norris Sisson

Treasurer

Norris Sisson is our Treasurer. He is dedicated and readily shows his heart for service by the long hours he gives to the Church.

Beth & David Evans

Music Ministers

David and Beth Evans are the Music Ministers for St. Paul’s. Beth was hired on a part-time basis to provide music for our Sunday services. She brought with her the superb music talents of her husband, David, and their three daughters. They all play a variety of instruments and have wonderful voices. David and Beth are professional music instructors in public schools in the local area.

Jim & Shelia Todd

Prayer and Praise Musicians

Jim and Shelia Todd served as Music Directors at St. Paul's for many years. They frequently serve as worship and music leaders at church and teaching conferences both in the United States and in other parts of the Anglican Communion worldwide. They serve in various ways here at St. Paul's, including the worship leadership of the Prayer, Praise and Worship! at 6:00 PM on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month.
